Next Class: May 4 Time: 9-10:30 AM PST Location: Zoom Tuition: $35 (FREE for Body Lab patreon members who join for $25 per month at patreon.com/riekatagiri) Open to all. ~~~THESE CLASSES ARE LIVESTREAM ONLY~~~ BODY LAB WITH RIE Using transformative practices from Qi Gong, yoga, intuitive movement and Yoga Tune-UP®, Body Lab reinforces your ability to be fully present and authentically connected to your body. This monthly class originates from the need to bring more feeling-based physical access to the bodies of actors, directors, writers and musicians within the Joan Scheckel Filmmaking Lab community. However these classes are beneficial for all, and all are welcome.
