EMA All-Level Class (Mondays 7-9PM)

In this 2 hour Semi Private Pole and Erotic Dance class you will learn the sensual art of erotic dance, meet your edges with respect and open curiosity, connect to your courage and build strength with female centered conscious movement practices. Women of all backgrounds take this class so don’t let your doubts keep you from exploring the rich textures of your inner fire. You will get to enjoy a private / semi private lesson so you will have plenty of time and opportunity to work with what you desire.

*dress in sensual clothes you can move easily in and please bring your own Yoga Tune Up® balls, blanket or sheepskin. 

We have blankets and Yoga Tune Up® balls for you to use if you don’t have your own.

ABOUT RIE

Rie's approach to teaching dance classes are uniquely feminine. She compassionately guides women's bodies to become strong and supple through pleasure based yoga, qigong and self care practices. When asked about her weekly classes, Rie says, "Most of us adult women don't have the time to work out, get a massage, let some steam out by going out dancing and also have bonding time with their girlfriends all in one week and I didn't set out to create a class for us to do this, it's just what happened out of my own need and desire to be of service to other women".
