Service Description
This class will take place on Sunday, 2/23 from 7:30 - 9:30 PM PST. Taught by EMA founder Rie Katagiri. In this live 2-hour class, you will experience the rejuvenating practice of EMA with a particular focus on connecting to our sacred female heart and body through sensual movement and down regulation of our nervous system with a mini EMA warm up + floor work and beginner pole dance. Rie utilizes the dance pole as a sacred ritual tool rather than a performative apparatus. Wear comfortable, sensual clothes that you love moving in. If you have Yoga Tune Up® balls bring them all with you. If you don't you can borrow some or please see the Product page to order ahead of class.
